The Account of Creation

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

That is how the bible begins, the book of Genesis, chapter one, verse one. If you are new to all of this, it all starts with knowing that in the beginning there was nothing. Then God created everything. It wasn't an accident, it was by chance, there wasn't a big bang. It was God. I want this page to be something you can refer to when you have basic questions.
